SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Stache Vape ships via USPS to any of the 50 states comprising the United States of America, US territories and to US Military addresses (APO/FPO). All orders placed before 7am PST will ship same business day, with the exception of federal holidays, which will be shipped the following business day. In the event that an item cannot ship within the standard deliver time, it will be treated as “backordered.” This means that you will be advised of the delay and will have the opportunity to cancel the order. This policy is subject to change at any time and without notice. Stache Vape will determine the carrier to be used at their sole discretion.
1) Please start by reaching out to us by sending us an email, located at the bottom of the page, or located here notifying us of the issue you are having.
2) We ask that you package the item securely to prevent breakage and include a copy of your receipt. (Please note that poorly packaged or damaged items may result in refusal of exchange or refund.)
3) Ship the item at your expense and your choice of carrier to the address with which you were provided when you notified us of the issue.
4) Once we receive the returned here at Stache Vape, we will promptly mail out a replacement item or issue gift card for the purchase price depending on the issue that is being handled.
